I bought a few pairs of new jeans in one purchase - I desperately needed them and was so excited. The only problem is that they are, naturally, too long for me. But "no worries!" I said, as I took them to the tailor. I put each pair on, and she took measurements and pinned just where we agreed the length was right. However, somewhere and somehow, all pairs were returned to me, about 1, 2 inches too short.
During the warmer months, this is a blessing. And in any case, I'm a fan of cropped jeans, always! But when the weather gets colder, I've found it quite difficult to keep warm (yeah, that tiny bit of leg/ankle exposed to the cold air *does* make all the difference, annoyingly).
This winter I vow to find a way to wear my loved cropped jeans happily, while keeping warm.
I love this photo of Aymeline, in her cropped jeans and super cool socks. Here's how I'd get this look:
SCARF: River Island | Blue Scarf
SWEATER: Alice + Olivia | Grey Sweater
SHOES: Dr. Martens | Laced Up Shoes
Are you going wear your cropped jeans this winter? xx
